I know I often seek the comfort of a warm bath.
Maybe it's the way it envelopes us without applying any pressure. The comfort it provides when we are at our most vulnerable, or its ability to wash away our anxieties at the end of a trying day.
Just relaxing in the warm water provides solace. And sure, adding a glass of wine and bubble bath makes for an even better soak, but maybe there are other additions more suited to YOU.
